Visitel is the first SMS premium service provider working with Flexi. The first interactive SMS bearing a premium access charge was officially introduced for use in February 2004 to broadcast the live performance of AFI. Visitel received an award for The Best Revenue Performance CP Flexi 2005 during the Flexi CP gathering on December 22, 2005.
